DOLORES CHILI RECIPES

Prepared Dolores Vegetarian Chili Brick® is delicious by itself or topped with any of the following: grated cheese, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, sour cream.

Ingredients

1 Dolores Vegetarian Chili Brick® (16 oz.)

1/2 onion, diced finely

1/2 tomato, chopped 

1 cup of shredded Cheddar 

Sour Cream (optional)

diced jalapeno (optional)

Directions: Prepare one Dolores Vegetarian Chili Brick. Top with choice of cheese, diced onions, tomatoes, Sour Cream or sliced jalapeños. 

Ingredients

1 Dolores Vegetarian Chili Brick® (16 oz.)

2 cups white rice, steamed

1/4 cup diced green onion 

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup corn (optional)

Directions: Prepare one Dolores Vegetarian Chili Brick and 2 cups of steamed white rice. Serve Dolores Chili over bowl of rice and top with choice of cheese, diced green onions or corn.

Ingredients

1 Dolores Vegetarian Chili Brick® (16 oz.)

8 oz. softened Cream Cheese  

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 onion, diced finely

1 bag of crackers, bread sticks or tortilla chips

Directions: Stir softened cream cheese into a pan of Dolores Vegetarian Chili Brick®; continue stirring over heat until cheese is thoroughly melted and mixed with chili. Serve with dippers of crackers, bread sticks or tortilla chips.
